As CTO at Microlise, he is responsible for driving our technology strategy, overseeing product development, platform innovation and engineering capability to support the next generation of connected fleet and logistics solutions. 

His expertise spans transport technology, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, cybersecurity and the role of data in improving operational efficiency across complex industries.

Dean is also a member of the BCS Chartered Institute of IT, Forbes Technology Council and Evanta Governing body member and is a multi-year UK CIO 100 and World CIO 200 award recipient.
