Duncan Smith is an accomplished leader in operations management with extensive experience in the water and transportation sectors. Currently Chief Operating Officer and previously holding the role of Executive Director of Operations at National Highways, Duncan has driven transformational change resulting in over £200 million in efficiencies and improved service delivery for a workforce of 1,500.

Duncan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham and is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
