Since October 2025, she has served as Chief Executive of the Society of Operations Engineers, where she leads with energy, clarity, and a strong strategic vision for the future of the profession.

Emma is known for her ability to bring people and organisations together, driving initiatives that enhance member value, accelerate professional development, and champion technical excellence across the UK and internationally. Her background spans business management, sponsorship activation, and developing high‑performing teams, all with a focus on delivering meaningful impact for engineers at every stage of their careers.
