Road To Logistics

Road to Logistics are a Not-for-Profit, established to tackle talent shortage in logistics.

We do this through offering free training to gain qualifications as a HGV driver, Fork Lift Truck operator or Rail Engineer. We focus on working with people who may currently face barriers to employment, whilst also improving diversity in the industry, with the belief that if our industry appealed to more types of people, talent shortage would become less of a problem. All of our team come from the logistics industry, and so fully understand the issues and complexities in recruitment and we partner with employers to make sure the training given is fit for purpose.
