Neil has had a long career in DVSA and its predecessors – working in different policy areas across MOT, commercial vehicle testing, recalls and enforcement policy. Neil has a strong focus on ensuring that DVSA’s services are fit for the future – both from a technology perspective, but also in meeting DVSA’s customer needs.

Neil has been behind some of DVSA’s most recent digital service and has been a great advocate of making data more transparent so it can be used openly by customers and other stakeholders – for example our online MOT and Recall data.
