Allison Kemp MBE

Biography

I formed A.I.M Commercial Services Ltd in 2004, being the third generation of my family to work in the Transport and Logistics industry I understand how hard it is to work in the Transport and Logistics Sector.

Chairing the Logistics UK East Midlands meetings for 15 years and two terms chairing National Council, these positions and other sources give me to opportunity to assist the industry, keep ahead and up to date with the industries ongoing challenges.

Winner of ‘Woman of the Year’ 2019 Everywoman in Transport and Logistics was not only for me but my amazing team. Receiving Freedom of the City and becoming a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Carmen in 2018 has enabled me to become current chair of the Education Committee as I am passionate about sharing how incredible and diverse or sector is.

Receiving an MBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours list 2020 for services to the Transport and Logistics Industry was the highlight of my career so far, very unexpected and an amazing honour to our industry.
