Declan Pang is Director of Policy & Public Affairs at the Road Haulage Association – the leading trade association representing road haulage, coach and van companies across the UK who are critical in keeping our supply chains moving. He specialises in government relations and public affairs. Declan has held previous roles at the Scotch Whisky Association (where he led the Scotch whisky industry’s campaign for an alcohol duty freeze across successive UK budgets as well as working on the removal of the US tariff on Scotch exports) as well as policy roles in Westminster think tanks.
