Jennifer has worked in logistics for 20 years, specialising in talent attraction and creating effective strategies to combat talent shortage. She is particularly passionate about improving Diversity and Inclusion within the industry, and works hard to demonstrate that logistics is relevant to a plethora of people, regardless of gender, race, disability or background.
She joined Road to Logistics as she recognised an opportunity to use her experience for the benefit of the whole industry and join a team of like-minded professionals who are passionate about creating pathways to work for more marginalised individuals, whilst having a real impact on the talent shortage in logistics.
